Its product portfolio includes white rice selections, food service rice varieties, rice cakes (gallette), snacks, plant-based beverages, and ready-made risottos prepared in eight minutes. The company operates a biomass heating plant since 1996 powered by rice husk from its own milling process, delivering 4.5 MW of thermal energy. Curtiriso maintains governance frameworks including an anti-corruption policy, money laundering policy, ethics code and Model 231 compliance documentation, and was registered in Italy's historic brands register in September 2023.
