FoodHub S.A. is the dominant company of the FoodHub Capital Group and a vice-leader in the ready-meal segment in Poland. The group operates in the meat and vegetable processing industry with a comprehensive product portfolio including ready-made dishes, canned meat products, pâtés, ready-made soups, and canned vegetables. The main facility in Rusiec specializes in ready meals and canned meat products, pâtés, and lards.
The group expanded in 2025 by acquiring Warmińskie Zakłady Przetwórstwa Owocowo Warzywnego in Kwidzyn, a leading producer of canned and frozen vegetables, peas, and beans. Additionally, the group includes Mitmar Sp. z o.o., headquartered in Głownie, which engages in meat trading, storage and logistics services for frozen products, and confectioning of frozen vegetable and meat-vegetable mixes, as well as production of frozen ready meals.
The group operates multiple production facilities with specialized competencies: fresh, pasteurized, and sterilized ready-meal production at the Rusiec facility; canned and frozen vegetable production in Kwidzyn; and meat processing through Mitmar. Products are distributed through both traditional trade channels via wholesalers and major retail networks.
