Lactalis España is the Spanish operating company of Lactalis, a family-owned dairy group founded in 1933. The company has operated in Spain since 1983, beginning with a cheese operation in Vilalba, Lugo, and has expanded to eight production plants across five regions including Villarrobledo in Castilla-La Mancha. The company collects approximately 963 million litres of milk annually from over 400 municipalities across 13 autonomous communities.
