The company employs four production lines, including one multifunctional line, capable of transforming raw materials into various cereal types including flakes, flours, pearled grains, extruded products, and puffed cereals. Production processes encompass ingredient selection and blending, cooking, roasting, and optional final coating, differentiated according to technologies employed: extrusion, traditional technology, and puffing methods. Storage facilities at San Bassano are equipped with technologically advanced systems designed for finished products for large-scale consumer distribution.

Lameri serves both retail and industrial sectors, offering breakfast cereals for children, adults, and athletes, as well as semi-finished products for the bakery and confectionery industries. The company maintains significant storage centers at Cremona's river port for bulk grain management, with the Cremona site primarily handling semi-processed cereals destined for the confectionery and baking sectors. Product lines include both conventional and certified organic varieties responding to evolving consumer nutrition and dietary requirements.
