Milcobel is a Belgian dairy cooperative based in Kallo, comprising dairy farmers who jointly produce a range of dairy products and ingredients. The company is known as a global top producer of mozzarella, serving customers in more than 100 countries. Its product portfolio spans consumer brands such as Brugge Kaas, ingredient cheese, butter, cream, milk powders and ice cream, with production capabilities including spray drying, pasteurization and ultrafiltration. In ice cream, Milcobel ranks as the second-largest private label producer in Europe. The cooperative supplies business-to-business customers including retailers, food service operators and ingredient buyers. As of January 1, 2026, Milcobel is merging with FrieslandCampina.
