Nina Bakery Europe specializes in the production of artisanal pita and Arabic flatbread with a rich company history dating back to 1936. Originally established in Israel where it won loyal customers for over 70 years, the company expanded to Europe and now supplies the entire European market from its cold store in The Netherlands. The product portfolio ranges from one-bite sized pita to XL formats, including breadsticks, oval and oblong shapes, available in both wheat and whole wheat varieties. All products are made with entirely natural ingredients and use shock freezing immediately after baking to maintain flexibility without tearing during preparation. Nina Bakery recently expanded their offerings with Za'atar-flavored pita cocktails, 6 cm diameter pieces weighing 18 grams, designed for airline catering, fine dining, and gastronomy applications focused on sharing food culture from the Levante region.
