JAMAR is a family-owned Polish company established in 1996 by brothers Marek and Jarosław Szczepaniak in Albertów, located in the Kraków-Częstochowa Jura region. JAMAR specializes in processing fruits and vegetables, with particular strength in vinegar production—recognized as the largest producer of spirited and apple vinegars in Poland's retail market.
