Minoterie Giraudineau

5-generation French family miller producing organic and conventional flours for craft bakers within 90 minutes of the mill.

Minoterie Giraudineau is a family-owned mill in Saint-Colomban, Loire-Atlantique, operated as master millers for five generations. The company operates two dedicated mills, one for organic and one for conventional flour production, with the organic division established in 1973. The mill sources cereals within a 90-minute radius directly from local growers it works with personally. Minoterie Giraudineau produces approximately fifty flour varieties, including organic native flours, conventional flours, and specialised lines for bakeries, pastry shops and food service. The company holds certifications for organic production and undertakes quality monitoring. Beyond milling, it offers services including training, personalised technical advice, installation support and collaborative product development for professional customers.
