Pasta Maltagliati, formally Pastificio Fabianelli S.p.A., has operated since 1848 from Castiglion Fiorentino in Arezzo, Italy. The company produces dry pasta in multiple formats including long pasta, short pasta, soup pasta (pasta da minestra), egg pasta (pasta all'uovo), specialities, and catering formats under the Gran Chef line. All products are made from 100% Italian durum wheat semolina combined with water and processed using modern production methods. The company also offers a private label service for third-party brands and specialises in organic products for the US market.
Manufacturing is controlled end-to-end from production through packaging and delivery. The company holds BRC, USDA, Kosher, Halal, and Intertek certifications, as well as registrations with the Italian farmers association and EAC compliance. The facility is located at via S.
