G Free Alimentare is a 100% family-owned manufacturer dedicated exclusively to gluten-free pasta production. Founded by the gluten-free pioneers behind the FREEE brand in collaboration with expert Italian pasta makers, the company operates a modern 3,000m² facility located near Cremona in the Lombardi region of Italy's Po Valley. The facility opened in 2023 and incorporates state-of-the-art Industry 4.0 pasta-making equipment with flexible setup capabilities. G Free produces gluten-free pasta in various shapes and recipes using alternative grains and pulses, offering solutions for private label and their own brand, FREEE. The company holds accreditations including BRCGS certification, organic certification (CCPB), FDA registration, and SEDEX membership. With a production capacity of up to 8,000 tonnes per year, G Free serves customers across Europe with both retail and bulk packaging formats.
