The facility was established in 2007 and is owned by Master Frigo, a private enterprise founded in 1992. The company operates two cold storage facilities in Požega and Kosjerić with a combined storage capacity of 4000 tonnes and processes approximately 30 tonnes of fruit daily.
The facility specializes in the acquisition, processing, freezing and export of raspberries and other fruits. It features two static freezing tunnels in the Požega facility providing a freezing capacity of 32 tonnes per day at temperatures of -30°C. The company uses high-quality cooling components from leading international manufacturers including Bitzer, Guntner, Danfoss, EMS, Dixell and ESK Schultze.
Master Fruits operates under rigorous international food safety and quality standards. The facility is certified to HACCP, ISO 22000:2005, IFS (International Food Standard), BRC (British Retail Consortium) with Grade A rating, and GLOBAL GAP certification. The technical, technological and personnel standards meet the strictest international requirements, making it one of the most modern facilities in the region.
