Feyel-Artzner

Euralis-owned Alsace specialty (since 1803) for foie gras and charcuterie alsacienne — choucroute and saucisses.

Feyel operates as a traditional foie gras house established in 1811, with production based in Schiltigheim near Strasbourg, France. The company specializes in goose and duck foie gras in multiple formats: fresh, semi-cooked (mi-cuit), and canned conserves. Beyond foie gras, Feyel produces terrines and rillettes, smoked magrets, duck and quail thighs, gizzards, and stewed meat dishes with sauces. The company's product range also includes refined garnishes designed to complement foie gras. Feyel distributes through online channels to customers in France and Germany. The business employs 80 people and was acquired in 2017 by Claudine Roposte, an established Alsatian entrepreneur, bringing renewed direction to the enterprise. Historically, the house gained fame through its traditional foie gras recipes served at major European imperial courts and was designated an official supplier to Emperor Napoleon III in 1861.
