Grupo Rolo is one of Portugal's leading industrial pastry and confectionery groups, founded in 1995. The company operates 9 manufacturing units across Mafra, Óbidos and Alcobaça, with over 30,000 m² of production area and 300+ employees. Product lines span three temperature categories: ultra-frozen, chilled and ambient-temperature items. All facilities implement HACCP food safety systems and key units hold IFS Food certification (Version 7 at Novadolci with 88.84%, Version 8 at Hiperdolci with 96.75%). The group maintains its own distribution fleet through J&N Rolo to ensure product quality through the supply chain.
