Ojah, established in 2009, specializes in plant-based protein products created through high-moisture extrusion (HME) technology. The company operates Europe's largest HME production facility and works primarily with non-GMO, European-certified soy protein to create meat-like textures in various forms. Its products are individually quick frozen (IQF) and available in packaging from 1 kg units to 300 kg packets. The production site holds BRC and Halal certifications. Ojah's products are formulated to be clean label, non-GMO, rich in dietary fibers and protein, and low in salt and saturated fats, with no ingredients of animal origin, gluten, nuts, or milk entering the facility. The company has developed over 60 recipes and offers tailored solutions for different market needs, including flavoring and cooking capabilities that enable precise control over product texture and taste.
